1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return request should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.If a return is approved, customers may be required to ship the product back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details for quick resolution.Approved Replacements will be delivered within 7-10 working days
